PROJECTS COMPANY would respond immediately to undertake the cost for repair, removal, construction, totally or partly of the installed material. But if any defect occurred beyond our responsibility, the company provides a competitive quotation for the repair job.

Reporting and Repairs

1. The client is to report the leakage immediately by telephone to the Operations department in Almarzoki Projects Company.

2. The client is to send a fax copy in writing for the leakage along with the guarantee agreements* (the client must provide an original if asked).

3. Almarzoki Projects Company will send an expert inspector to take action.

Maintenance and repairs will be undertaken within 48 hours based on the requirements,

If leakage has been caused due to third party damages i.e. A.C. contractors, plumbers or electrician working on the roof or due to some works at the roof level* waterproofing membrane Is punctured chased and covered by them without informing, Almarzoki Projects Company will provide a competitive priced quotation to conduct repairs.
